Refund policy

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

  • Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to info@piyagujwells.in.

If your return is accepted:

  • You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.
  • If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to you within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).
